Mike was born and raised in Benton, ME. He received his J.D. and graduated cum laude with the Maine Law class of 2023 before working as a Law Clerk in the Portland District Court.

Mike’s professional life has always been guided by a desire to see more justice in the world. After a decade of working on various political campaigns he was an AmeriCorp Vista member with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii where he received the Po’okela Award for his commitment to excellence, equality, and justice. In Law School Mike received the Faculty Significant Achievement Award and spent as much time as he could in the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic working with incarcerated clients and justice involved youth.

As a former substitute teacher, camp counselor, and the son of an attorney and a Special Education teacher Mike is thrilled to work with children and families to ensure that their lives are filled with the opportunities to thrive that we all deserve.

Mike enjoys camping, the Boston Celtics, the WNBA, disc golf, pottery, and the endless fight for a better world.
